If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 90 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Returns must be initiated within 90 days of delivery.

Return Process

  • Our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
  • Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Ship the item back to our warehouse (return shipping paid by customer)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Please note: Returns ship internationally and typically cost approximately $30 USD in shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as gift cards and sale items, are non-returnable. This will be stated on the product page.

Unclaimed Shipments

Customers are responsible for collecting their orders from postal agents or pickup points within the time period specified by the carrier (usually 14 days).

If a shipment is returned to us due to failure to collect it on time, a combined shipping and handling fee of $19,95 will be charged to cover return shipping and administrative costs. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
